We are making our own batik since 1936. And until now we are making 100% high quality cotton with hand-printed batik method, no printing machine needed. So we guarantee a full human arts behind every patterns, fabrics and piece of cloths purchased. And we committed to provide you 5-star convenient service, purchase and return processes.

How can I shop or place order?

Do I need an account to order?

No you don’t, you can purchase without creating account. But better if you have one so you can make a faster checkout and payment for the next order or every time you want to purchase our products.

I would like to order sold out items. Is it possible?

Yes you can. You even can create your own batik clothes using our Custom Order menu. Just choose your clothing model, batik pattern you desired and your size, we only charge you Rp 25.000 for additional costs.

Wow, actually I want to order a lot for uniform purposes. Can you give me special price for that?

Yes you can, we will give you special price for uniform order. Even we can make your company logo into batik pattern. We handled many global and national company and still counting. Please kindly contact our Customer Service for more information.

What size are fits me most?

For product size you can check our “Size Guides” on below of our website and if you have doubt, please kindly contact our customer service.

Does Batik Indra Loka ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can help ship to another address, but if you want to ship to 2-3 addresses, you have to make 2 or 3 separate orders.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched / sent?

Unfortunately you can’t. We only ship the order to the address written.

How soon can I get my order?

After you order and make payment, we will process the order the next day / in 24 hours. We only ship your order during Monday – Saturday, from 09.00 a.m. until 05.00 p.m. For Sunday and holiday we didn’t process shipping.

Can I get my order earlier?

If you want to get it earlier (earliest within 2 days after you confirm the payment) please contact our Customer Service. If you’re in Jakarta area we can send with Go-Send in no time. If you’re outside of DKI Jakarta we have several express shipping services on your checkout page. Feel free to choose.

I haven’t got my order, where is my order?

You can track your order on “Track Your Order” on below section of our website. If it doesn’t show up, kindly call our customer service, so we can check it as soon as possible.

Is my personal information kept private?

We guarantees to keep all of the information you’ve provided private and safe. We will not disclose it to other parties. Please kindly check our “Privacy Policy” section for more information.

I have received my package, unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

We deeply apologize for our error. Kindly call our customer service as soon as you can. For more information, you may read our Return & Exchange Policy.

Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?

No you can’t, sale items are non-exchangeable and non refundable. All sale items are final.

Are there any offline stores?

Our collections also available in offline stores, check out our “Store Location” and check if there’s any Batik Indra Loka store nearby and you can navigate to our store nearby with clicking “Get Directions” button.

How do I wash my Batik Indra Loka fabrics/clothes properly?

We suggest hand-wash or machine wash for our product. We have lifetime warranty every fabrics/clothes you purchased.

Lifetime Warranty?

Yes, we even have lifetime warranty if  your fabrics/clothes purchased faded after you washed it, we will exchange it. For more information about our lifetime warranty, check our Return & Exchange Policy section.
